Breaking News! Sonny is going to the Worlds!
Chadeau Moutain Clydesdales- Chuck Lewter
I hope you are starting to get interested in a few of the many Clydesale breeder, farms and ranches that will be at the 2011 World Clydesdale Show!
This lastest installment is about Chuck Lewter and his love for Clydesdales. He has always loved them and in 1995 went to a seminar that promoted and promoted participates to ride, drive, feel, touch, and learn about this great breed. Chuck was HOOKED! Mind you, he had never owned any kind of equine up to this point. He as learned many things over the past 14 years. He started out with two wealings and is now working his way up to a 4-up team.
His herd sire Robyncroft Perfect Son (Sonny) is the son of Hilmoor Fuslier and has just been named 2010 All -American Senior Stallion by the Draft Horse Journal. Chuck and Sonny have been traveling all around the United States from California to Mighigan Great Lakes International show. It has been an awesome experience!
Chadeau Mountain Clydesdales home is Tehachapi, California. Chuck is a firefighter for the Kern County Fire Department and can be seen driving his team to local businesses in the area!
Chuck and his horses will be making the trip to the worlds and is looking forward to seeing everyone at the event!
Picture of Sonny is from Chuck's collection of photos. Thank you Chuck!
